What is a screener?
A screener is a machine used to separate and sort different materials by size. It works by feeding mixed material, such as soil, gravel, or construction waste onto a vibrating screen or mesh, which filters out larger or smaller particles depending on the desired output. Screeners are commonly used in recycling, quarrying, and aggregate production to produce clean, uniform materials for reuse. They help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure that only quality, properly sized materials are delivered for the next stage of processing or for use on site.
